Ticket Terms & Conditions
Jim Beam Homegrown 2024

POSTPONEMENT:

1. You, the ticket purchaser and/or ticket bearer agree that due to adverse weather or other adverse conditions, Jim Beam Homegrown may be POSTPONED in whole or part to Sunday, 17th March 2024.

2. Any such postponement will be at the sole discretion of Homegrown Events Ltd. Your ticket will be valid for the postponed date.

3. The parties agree that where it is impossible or unreasonably impractical for the Event to take place due to any cause or event in connection with the COVID-19 pandemic that is not reasonably within the control of the Promoter, the Event may be rescheduled to within one month of the original event if possible; or up to 13 months (if required).

CHANGES:

4. Homegrown Events Limited reserves the right to withdraw, replace, add or substitute artists or performers and amend the program without notice.

TICKETS:

5. The official ticket seller is The Ticket Fairy. Tickets may also be purchased at homegrown.net.nz. You, the ticket purchaser and/or ticket bearer acknowledge that Homegrown Events Limited does not condone resale of tickets through any other platform other than The Ticket Fairy. Information on the resale of this ticket can be found at homegrown.net.nz. Tickets purchased from any other source may be unauthorised copies and may be refused admittance to the event.

REFUNDS:

6. Homegrown Events Limited will only offer a refund or exchange of ticket if Jim Beam Homegrown 2024 is cancelled. You the ticket purchaser must apply for a refund within a reasonable time. To the fullest extent permitted by law all liability is limited to the amount for which the ticket was purchased. Proof of purchase may be required for any refund or exchange.

7. Homegrown Events Limited will not be liable for any other losses incurred by you as a result of the cancellation or rescheduling of Jim Beam Homegrown, including any travel & accommodation expenses.

8. Homegrown Events Limited is not liable to you if there is an event beyond their control, including but not limited to act of God, lightning, flood, fire, earthquake or explosion, terrorism, government restraint, expropriation, prohibition or intervention, strike, lockout, riot, industrial action, fire, storm, tempest, pandemic, epidemic, or other recognised force majeure event beyond the control of the organiser which results in Jim Beam Homegrown 2024 being cancelled or postponed.

9. Homegrown Events Limited does not offer refunds or exchanges as a result of a change in your personal circumstances.

10. Homegrown Events Limited does not issue an exchange or refund for a lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed ticket.

11. Look after your ticket(s) as you would cash. It must be presented in order to gain admittance to the event. The code on the ticket uniquely identifies this ticket and the purchaser and can be redeemed only once. Multiple copies of this ticket will not allow multiple entries. In the event that multiple copies of this code are presented at the event, Homegrown Events Limited may refuse entry to all ticket holders presenting tickets with this code.

ATTENDANCE:

12. Homegrown Events Limited reserves the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to, or eject any person, whose conduct unreasonably interferes with the enjoyment of Jim Beam Homegrown 2024 by others (i.e. by fighting, being disorderly or using vulgar or abusive language) and where you fail to comply with the terms & conditions of Homegrown Events Limited & any venue.

13. You, the ticket purchaser and//or ticket bearer may be searched on entry and you consent to such searches and waive any related claimed that may arise. If you elect not to consent to such searches, you may be denied entry to Jim Beam Homegrown 2024 without refund or other compensation.

14. You, the ticket purchaser and/or ticket bearer acknowledge and agree that photos may be taken of you at the event could be posted on public forums such as Homegrown social platforms and at homegrown.net.nz without further authorisation or compensation.

15. You agree that photos featuring you may be used for marketing purposes in line with the promotion of the event or for material relating to the events sponsors.

16. Camera & video recorders (film, digital or otherwise) audiotape recorders and all other recording devices may be prohibited at the event. Anyone representing a media outlet or independent publication at the event should submit a formal media accreditation request to info@homegrown.net.nz

17. Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit or exclude Homegrown's liability under applicable consumer law including the Consumers Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986. 

18. NZ Drones will be operating a number of Drones during Homegrown 2024 under their CAA Part 102 Authority. It is not expected that the drones will be flown over people but are present for the safety and security of the attendees of the event. No additional permissions or authorities will be required for this activity.

19. The Wellington Waterfront is a fly free zone for unauthorized Drones. 

PAYMENT PLANS:

20. By proceeding with the payment plan you are accepting that if you default on your payments you will be notified by email and given Two (2) weeks to pay the arrears before your order is cancelled and Homegrown Events Ltd will retain a cancellation fee of 50% of the order total. There is also a $2 per instalment charge to use this payment plan service.
